Collection Only
Orders placed through the MTN Bushfire 2026 online merch store are available with collection from the festival event only
- we do not offer shipping on store orders -
Once your online order is placed you'll receive confirmation via email.
Your order can then be collected from the Merch Stand at the festival.
You'll require your order number as well as the email address you placed your order with in order to retrieve your order from the Merch Stand.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges, at the event.
Once collected at the event, you will be eligible to exchange any item purchased, including for any size discrepancies. Similarly returns on purchases made prior to the event will be considered.
